Well, halfway through the month, but I am up for the exercise challenge. I walked/jog and swim laps alternate days. Aiming for 6days/week exercise.
Mon3/9 30min 1.8mi walk/jog
3/10 30min 18 laps
3/11 30 min 1.75 walk/jog
3/12 35 min 16 laps
3/13 rest
3/14 30min walk jog 2 mi OMG Iam tired today tho!! LOL Thanks for the thread!!
