A good day of food for me (just an example):
breakfast: 1 serving of steel cut oats mixed with cinnamon, 1/2 mashed banana and 1/2 tbl of raw almond butter (tastes like banana nut bread
)
snack: baby carrots
lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on Ezekiel bread with olive oil mayo, turkey, tomato and lettuce and a bowl of cabbage soup
snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and some sliced strawberries
Dinner: Mexican Jumbalaya (brown rice, diced tomatoes, black beans and jalepeno chicken sausage with other spices)
snack: 1/2 cup of kashi go lean (with no milk- I don't drink milk)
