Default Not hungry...

At times I'm not hungry during breakfast. I eat at lunchtime but I don't feel hungry at dinnertime. Is it bad if I skip these two meals? Should I eat something anyway?

The general advice is yes, you need regular meals to keep you metabolism working most efficiently. I don't suppose it matters if you only eat lunch on an occasional basis but I think people would say that to do that regularly isn't such a good idea.

Skipping meals definitely is not a good thing, as Ailidh stated, you need to eat regularly to keep from lowering your metabolism. Maybe try to drink a slim fast or something to that affect? that way you are getting your calories and nutrition yet don't necessiarly have to eat?

Good Luck!
