FullSteam: Thanks! Yea we run up and down the stairs 2 times, then do a lap of the gym then 2 and a lap etc etc .... we are up to 14 sets of stairs now, we tried actually running the bleacher parts but the step width is REALLY awkward so we just go up and down the stairs, and they kick my butt everytime. My legs just scream at me everytime lol. It is really nice to have that access, we only go once a week but thats totally like my 'last chance workout' for the week cause we go pretty hard core lol. Half an hour of the stairs/cario and then an hour of cardio/weigh circuts and then about half an hour of the weight machines, it feels totally awesome when we are done, but i swear a lot lol!!!
Some people dream about their goals, others get up in the morning and make them happen!
