Discussion of supplements is allowed. That being said, you will find very, very few chickies here that have a favorable opinion of most of these products.

Be careful. The vast majority of the weight loss supplements on the market have questionable ingredients and do more harm than good. About the only thing that you are guaranteed to lose is your money.

I also feel that the vast majority of so-called weight loss supplements are questionable in their efficacy and carry the capability of doing harm ranging from separating folks from their money for a product they don't need to risking illness or death by ingesting a substance that may or may not react badly in their bodies.
