I love my lattes and went on the plan March 1st. I thought it would be hard but when I got up I focused on getting breakfast in me ASAP and then I packed the food for the rest of my day. It was much easier than I expected, the weirdest part of not having 2 expresso shots in the morning was the fact that I got to take a quicker route to work because I wasn't going to the coffee shop.
I fit my first latte into the plan yesterday and was surprised that it didn't taste as good as I remembered! I will be making room for a latte, probably in my second meal of the day. Meal 2 will look like this: nuts or seeds, apple, cheese, and a small skim latte.
