I'm back on ph1, too, after a Cajun Fest in Louisiana. I made a big pot of chili. We've been eating on it all week. Remind yourself how much you like eggs, too.

If you like the Taco Bake, that's one I usually make when I'm Ph1ing (which I am also doing this week, by the way, must be going around). Other things that help for me - hard boiled eggs, edamame, soup (pretty much any kind, but veggie based or plain broth is good for Ph1). I usually hit the fudgesicles pretty hard, and my afternoon skim latte is necessary, Ph1 or not.

I'm trying the black bean soup Rikki posted on the Recipe forum. It's crock pot food so I can throw it in and forget about it!

I'm going have Leftover Black bean and Vegetable soup and augment it with some ground turkey and maybe more beans. I'm goign to take a london broil out tonight to thaw and also get More Eggs and get my broccoli Quiche on!
then get the usual bonus veggies and maybe some more cottage cheese or greek yogurt
Does anyone know a good Packet seasoning for Dressing/dip or a good dip I can make with greek yogurt that would keep?
I can't use fresh herbs I'm too allergic

I haven't read the back of the pack, so don't know if it's SBD friendly, but I like Hidden Valley Ranch mix. I've used it to make a dip with sour cream.

I do Taco Bake only in P1 so that I'm excited to eat it when I'm detoxing. It lasts a couple meals. I also tend to make Chicken Divan (easy!) and White Chicken Chili (the original recipe calls for dried beans and takes a while, but I use canned to speed it up--I left directions in the thread). It's really delish!
