Talking Weekly Biggest Loser Challenge #4
WELCOME TO THE: "WEEKLY BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE"
Heres what it is ~regardless of your normal weigh in day~Weigh yourself every Monday if you want to join ~place current weight as of yesterday, Monday 3-2-09~ (If you "can not" do this then please join next time).... On Monday 3/9/09 we weigh in and post it....Whoever loses the most weight wins and starts challenge #5 the next day, Tuesday 3/10/09 so we can see who the winner was....And so on.
Whoever loses the most weight starts the new thread each week...

SINCE WE ARE REWORKING THIS A LITTLE...YOU CAN SIGN UP TOMORROW ALSO.

now now hattie.. you know darn well you didnt eat enough to actually gain 2 lbs... its just water weight, your body fluctuating... relax hun and it will drop again. you have come so far, and you will continue to go further. we are here to vent to and to help. smile and keep up the great work
