Default Soy Protein Powder Question from newbie

I bought soy protein powder EAS brand. The ingredients listed are: soy protein isolaate, fructose, natural and artificial flavors and soy lecithin.

1 Scoop 170 calories 10 from fat.

Will this be okay to have in the morning with an 8 oz. glass of milk?

The fructose isn't allowed on SBD. There are several brands of unsweetened protein powders out there though.

The list of Phase 1 foods under sugar substitutes: Fructose (needs to be counted as Sweet Treats, Caloric Limit), so if I only use, say, 1/2 scoop would I be okay?

I should have checked this before, but now I can't return it and it cost me close to $20.

On the other hand, I want to do this right.

You're right about it being on the list. Personally I wouldn't use it for a meal since it is listed only as a sweet treat. I would really worry about counting on something intended as a treat for a meal. I'm interested to hear what the experts think?
