lmao i didnt even notice that lori! sorry tho lol... and thank you, and congratultions to you on the overnight weight loss!! and yeah it was a copy paste thing, im new to the pc so i make mistakes often lol... lets get this party started!!! im staying on track, no tim hortens french vanilla coffee in... 9 days!!!!! woohoo for a NSV (non scale victory) for me!

I'll be in - I've been pretty much maintaining for around a week, which I think may be related to my new heart medicine, but I'm trying to get around it before I start my staff training for our spring season next week, which is going to be crazy.

Also, I have about ten pairs of pants that will fit if I lose maybe 5 or 10 more pounds - and then I'll be the size I was my junior and senior years of college, and that's fun.

My morning weigh in today was 157.4.

Not sure how well today will go. Dinner is going to be eating out somewhere, and because of my allergies, a lot of the 'healthier' options are out - I'm allergic to lettuce and lots of veggies, so salad = bad. Luckily, I'm someone who is satisfied by small portions, so I can get a reasonable meal out of almost anything - I'll just have lots of leftovers.

No problem Stacy~I have had computers for a long time and still know nothing about them LOL! If you can not get it off there no biggie.

I hope I at least see 2lbs off this week.

I am going to keep playing even though I may not be a loser...

I am revamping my program. I have been eating around 1300 calories and have a hit a plateau. I am at 6 months almost 7, on program. Someone has advised me to up my cals.. I am going to try it. I probably will be gaining for awhile but hopefully it will kick start my body back into losing mode.

If you can not get it off do Not worry about it~I do not want you using all that energy anyways and Being the winner of #3!!! LOL I am just kidding on that part....I am so proud of you for losing 6 lbs & For all the future lbs you are gonna lose!! Thats amazing stacy and the other losing 4 lbs WOW! I Do not think I have ever lost that much in 1 week I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AMAZED AT THOSE NUMBERS.


But anyways, If you can not get it off there Stacy No problem~It's ok.
