Default Multi-vitamin recommendations

Do most of you ladies take a multi-vitamin everyday? Which brand?

Is there one that closely matches Dr.Oz's recommendations?

I know I don't get the variety of nutrients I need so hoping for some back up.

Thanks!

I really like the Solgar vegetarian multi-vitamin from Whole foods (or other similar stores).

More recently I bought Deva vegan multi-vitamins and I like them.

I recommend one that's made with natural ingredients, like one you would find at a healthfood store. I personally take spirulina, chlorella, colostrum, and D-3. I shy away from multivitamins and prefer foods in more of a natural state. I took source of life vitamins when I was pregnant with my first and second children. They have good ingredients.

Yep... It's bovine colostrum, tho. It's a really good immune system booster and rebuilds soft tissue. Great if you have bad joints. The best write-up that I've read about is in the Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook. They also talked about it aiding in weight-loss, too.

Wow, never heard of it. I feel better that it's bovine and not human.

I've been using Natural Factors for years. Natural Factors HI POTENCY MULTI is a good one to take.

The Vitamin Shop in BC sells alot of NF products on line.

I use Rainbow Light vitamins. Others have upset my stomach, but this one doesn't.

How about just the One a Day Women's multi? Seems to fit basic needs and is affordable.

I also use Rainbow Light - the Women's Just Once multi with probiotics. They smell terrible, but it's cheaper than buying the multi and probiotics separately.

I like Life Extension Foundation's 2 per day tablets. I've been a member with LEF for years, and I like that they're a non-profit organization and they're funding legitimate research. They're at lef.org if you want to check them out.

Thanks everyone!

I ended up buying Jameison's regular Vita-Vim because they were on sale lol.

Also, you only have to take one per day...most seem to be 2 per day.
