Default what on earth is happening!?

Just 2 days ago I weighed 208, and SOMEHOW, without changing the way I eat or anything, I gained 3lb!? I am so frustrated and feel extremly hopeless. It was a huge set back for me. How can this be happening???

Don't worry....although I know it is VERY hard not to. This has happened to me several times before. It probably is just water and/or fiber weight. Give it a few days and it'll be gone.

don't be so hard on yourself, the gain could be caused by lots of things. Was it the same time of day, did you where the same clothes, was the scale in the same place, did you drink enough water, is it that time of the month? See take a big breath and relax if your eating is the same I find I have to write down everything in order to be sure remember tasteing counts as calories, everything will work out.

I agree, hang on and it will be ok Our body weight can vary several pounds over the course of just one day due to water and food and other things, so a little fluctuation is normal. Congrats for sticking to plan, you'll see the reward soon
