Default seltzer same as water
Does anyone know if seltzer is the same as water?

In terms of calories? Carbonated water (seltzer water) has no calories, and is just as good as old fashioned water. Sometimes i drink flavored carbonated water (it makes the 8 glasses a day easier to complete).
