Monday: Real bad day
Tuesday: 2000 calories (eek!), 80oz of water, 30DS Level 3 Day 2
Wednesday:
Thursday: 1795 calories (over by 100), some water, 30DS Level 3 Day 3

Plan: Work out 60 minutes, minimum 64 oz of water, Eat healthy/Be intuitive when eating
Monday: Worked out 80 minutes! and stay OP for all three.
Tuesday: Worked out 70 minutes. water is good, eating is good.
Wednesday: Worked out 40 minutes due to soreness from Mon and Tuesday JM workout. Full blast starting tomorrow again. good water and good eating.
Thursday: Worked out 95 mminutes!!! Yay!

Plan: At least 20 minutes of exercise, track my calories on TDP, 80 oz of water, remain busy (i.e. not sitting down for TV/internet) until 7 pm.
Monday: 45 minutes of DDR, TDP, 60 oz water, busy til 7:15 pm... I'll get that water today, even try to hit 100.
Tuesday: OFF PLAN. No exercise, no tracking, 60 oz of water, didn't do anything after dinner
Wednesday: MOSTLY OFF PLAN. 20 games of Wii Tennis, no tracking, no water tracking, just exercise after dinner.
Goals: 1600-1800 cals, 70 oz water and workout 4-5 days!!
Monday: 1804 cals, 80 oz water and 60 min workout!
Tuesday: 1634 cals, 90 oz water and 90 min workout!!
Wednesday: 1563 cals, 65 oz water and no workout.
Thursday: 1684 cals, 45 oz water and no workout.
Friday:
~ 1300 - 1800 calories, 46oz water a day, 30-60 mins gym 4-5 days.
Monday: Approx. 1800 calories, 48oz of water, 60 mins of exercise
Tuesday: Approx. 1600 calories, 60oz of water, 60 mins of exercise
Wednesday: Approx. 1450 calories, 84oz of water!!, 60 mins of exercise
Thursday: Approx. 1600 calories, 60oz of water, rest day
Friday: Aprrox. 1700 calories, 84oz of water!!, rest day

I was up to 183.8 today...only 3.2 pounds up!! I know that sounds strange, but I'm glad it's not higher than that, and I'm sure most of it water weight. I ate junk for 5 days, so this isn't bad at all.
I was 157.3 again today... kind of stuck there. I want to be 144 by the first week of April, which is a hugely optimistic goal for a slow loser like me.
baaaaahh today is already a write-off . I don't know when exactly I gave up, but its already blown. I will still go for a run though, but start tracking my eating tomorrow then.
Today I weighed 220.3lbs...Last week I was at 226lbs. Most of that is water weight, but I am happy to be back on track. I've finally got a grip on myself after the **** fest I experienced after the holidays.
Hi Chance and everyone else! I've done really well with these...until last week. I didn't do too hot. Something about holidays is really hard for me food-wise. I vow to get back on this week!
Monday: 30 WW pts. (10 pts. over plan today--about 500 calories. My week starts over tomorrow, so I will stick to the 35 weekly points from then on.)
Tuesday: 32 WW pts.
Wednesday: 27 WW pts.
Thursday: 26 WW pts.
Friday: 22 WW pts.
Used more of my weekly points up than I wanted to, but stayed OP!

-All meals on plan plus 4 protein supplements per day.
-96+ oz. H2O per day
-No soda (not even diet)!
-30DS 4 times plus 5 cardio workouts (either 2-3 mile run or 45-60 min walk)
(Edit to include weekend since that is when I have the most trouble)
Tuesday: Eating and water were on point but feeling sickly and exercise made my head spin. And 1 can of Diet Coke, sigh.
