Default Everyone Weigh in 02/14/09

It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 187, up half a pound from last week. Which is better than I thought it was going to be, since I was up more all this week. And I've been putting off exercising as well. I need to get with the program!

Yesterday, I was 143.4, down from 146.5 last Friday. I'll take it, but I know the difference is partly because I wasn't, ummm, "empty" the week before when I weighed myself & I'd also had breakfast.

I haven't been on here in quite a while!

Today I was 152, which is two pounds from the goal that I made TWO YEARS AGO. I can't believe it. Especially since I gave birth to a pretty princess last summer! I've gone from a size 20 to a size 10.. it amazes me that I made it here even after falling off of the wagon so many times.

However, I'm going to have to make a new goal.. because I'm just not as content with where I am as I thought I would be. So my new goal is 135 pounds, but moreso to really get in the gym and tone up! Ideally, I'd like to reach this goal by June 1st when we leave for vacation - that will take a LOT of discipline!

EEK!! 132.4! i weigh in on tuesdays so by that i have lost 2.4 more lbs since tues! i know it will change but it's a pretty good way to start the morning

My weigh in day was yesterday I was down to 208! I just started two weeks ago and down 3 lbs not bad really Good motivation to stick with it

Down to 161.4 from 162.5 so just a one pound loss from last week. Was hoping to get down fully to 161, but I guess that didn't happen yet.
