Default Weekly weigh in ...Medifast/Wonderslim/NLD

Hi there everyone. I'd like to start a weekly weigh in for those of us on the plans used in this forum...Medifast/Wonderslim/NLS. I'm looking for friendship, accountability and a place to share my success. My weigh days will be Tuesdays. Please join in no matter what day you weigh. Thanks!

I started Medifast on 2/3/09. I lost 9.5 lbs in my first week.

Hi all! Thought I would say HI really quick. Work is really busy right now and with DH still jobless I am working extra got fill in the money gap!

As of this morning - I have hit the 60 pounds lost mark 5 more pounds and I will enter into onederland - a place I have not been in over 20 years!

Looks like we have a few new faces here - welcome to all! This is a great group - we are here to help and support!

Have a great OP week - believe me each day it gets easier and easier - especially as you see the scale number move down!

Well, I've been off plan this week and quitting smoking. So I guess I'm fortunate to have only gained a little less than 3 lbs.

Today will be my first without any ciggies at all. I only had two packs all last week. And, today I go back on plan 100%. Plus, I start my two week grave rotation. OH YIPPEE!!!

OK, gotta go prep some chicken for the week.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

Angry Stuck!

Oh, for pete's sake, I am at 138 lbs. for the 8th day in a row! ARGGGH! I am afraid that I indulged in a little (ok, a lot) of emotional eating, which I thought I was past doing. I was baking a raspberry apple crisp for the kids for breakfast, and went to weigh myself before I had my water and shake, and I just crumbled. It was made with my last, very carefully hoarded home-canned jar of raspberries, and yes, I had a goodly portion. And washed it down with homogenized milk. Bleeh. I'll get back on plan tomorrow, (in fact, I'm already back on board) but man! I have new respect for those people who keep OP with WEEKS of plateau. And yes, I've been drinking my water, and doing 30 minutes of walking. Sorry for complaining, but I kind of needed to vent. Sure am glad y'all are here.

It's good to vent V6. And, this is the place to do it. I'm sending you good vibes. I certainly understand "just giving up" for a moment and then the regret. Really try to forgive yourself and let it go. You are gonna have slips in the future too and this is also a part of the learning experience along with finding proper foods for when you transition and adding exercise. Hopefully, you can look at it that way.
