Default MRC Yellow Menu Help

Hi, I just finished the pre-conditioning today and will be starting the Yellow Menu tomorrow. I have a question about it. Can you use Mrs. dash to season the food, or do you basically just throw a piece of chicken in the oven and call it a dinner? Just wanted to clear that up. I didn't think about asking that at the class the other day, and now that I see the menu, it worries me.

I think that u can use Mrs. Dash to season. I used the Garlic powder, but I am honestly sick of the Garlic powder, lol!

Thanks, It just seems like the first 4 days are going to be pretty hard. Hopefully the menu gets a little better.

The first 10 days are hard, but it's only 10 days. And yep, you can use Mrs. Dash - any of the flavors ;>) Also good are the McCormick's Grinders, most of them seem to use sea salt, with all the other seasonings in them it's a low amount of salt.

Thanks for your advice, I've been reading up all the old threads and posts to try and get as much info as possible. I'm actually located in the Shalimar area and the people in the center are as nice as can be. I lost 4 lbs during preconditioning and hope to continue losing.

Both Meemo and I go to the Shalimar office! They are a nice group in there.

Hi all! I was curious about the yellow menu as well and found this thread through a search. I go to the Shalimar Office as well. Can anyone explain the yellow menu to me? Thanks!

I started the yellow menu today and all I can say is I can't wait to be done with it! Thank God for the little extra boost from the HNS or I wouldn't be able to survive.

I just completed the yellow menu yesterday, round 2, and had a very difficult time...on day 3 I went to the center and got the liquid minerals...this gave me the pick-up I needed.

I went to the first class to day and was also put on the yellow menu. I did buy a couple bottles of some supplement stuff, don't know what it is.. They asked us not to start on the new menu until Monday in case people had questions that could not be answered on the weekend. I am kind of anxious to get on with it though.. I did lose 6lbs during the pre conditioning phase to that was good too see..

Smile MRC Menus

In 2002 I was on this diet and lost 50lbs....since then I have moved from FL to OH....had a baby and gained the weight back. I would like copies of the menus so that I can follow the diet again. There are no MRC locations in OH. If anyone has the menus I would really appreciate copies. [email protected]

Thanks,
Ifer
