are amazing!! They are in the refigerator section of your grocery store. I just had the chicken enchalada and it was awesome.I love these meals and they are low in sodium and has no transfat. My meal today had 340 calories.
Not sure how wide spread the aviablity of these meals are. They are made right here in my county. I do know that they are shipping them pretty widespread.

i have never heard of fresh cuisine but, the weight watchers smart ones has a GREAT and filling chicken enchilads suiza. I like trying those different meals.
