Default I am going to stay on plan because...
I started posting on a forum that was just like this but it was for people in the 100 pound club. I didnt realize that in the beginning. So I am starting a general one because it was really helpful for me. You just post daily one reason why you are going to stay on plan. It just really helps me to stay on track. Anyways I will begin....

I am going to stay on plan today because I am almost down 10 pounds. I need to stay on so that I can loose all 10.

I am going to stay on plan (for the rest of) today because I've been feeling helpless and I want to at least feel like I'm in control of what I put in my mouth.

These are fantastic!!! I am a big fan of the swim suit season!! I really want to look good too since my suit is already purchased and I am waiting for the body to fit in it!! WTG Ladies!!!
