But with a new twist.
I have been completely uninterested in exercising and craving,
craving!! chocolate.
The twist is that I have kept up with my journaling, and not gone over my allotted daily calories, in fact I have been eating
way under them.
So even though I have been eating not terribly nutritious foods, I have not gained any weight, in fact I have lost some. I can't keep eating this way in the long run, it isn't healthy;
but it is nice to know that I am learning some new and better habits, which are sticking with me, even when I don't really want them too.
