You're making me HUNGRY!

For breakfast:
ZonePerfect Strawberry Yogurt Bar
(I love these things and I have to be at work too early to actually make breakfast)

Snack:
Yummy Watermelon

Lunch:
Homemade Lentil Soup

I haven't decided on dinner yet. Probably salad with goat cheese, rosemary chicken and dried cranberries.

I'm also meeting friends for a drink, so:
1 really good imported beer (none of that light crap) or
1 glass of wine

And if I'm craving a desert (I think everyday should have desert), a couple spoonfuls of Tangerine Sorbet.

Alrighty then, I'll add as well

Breakfast:
Wonder Bread Light toast with 2 tsp strawberry all-fruit spread (1 point)
Orange Juice (2 points)
Lunch:
Left over keilbasa and roasted veggies(3 points)
Strawberry lemonade (3.5 points)
Dinner:
Asian Pork Kabobs (5 points)
Broccoli (0 points)
1/2 cup white rice (2 points)
2 glasses white wine (4 points)

I find that if I plan my day in the morning I can do very well sticking with it, plus if I do snack or want something else, I know exactly how many points I have left to use and usually don't exceed it.

For breakfast I had a half of a melon drop... yum, was craving fruit, and definitley needed the flushing and detox power

didn't need a snack...

Lunch, I'm having a good sized lettuce salad with ranch dressing and ranch almond accents...

hmm, snack?... hadn't thought of it, let's see what we have here...yum! a slice of my fresh bread, with peanut butter should do the trick

Dinner will probably be tofu alfredo and either spinach or broccoli, and if we have dessert, tropical fruit salad, canned, no dressing...

Yum!!! Your dishes all sound so delicious! Makes my cooking seem rather bland

Today (a rather typical day for me) I had:

Breakfast:
1 banana (2 points)

Snack:
1 light yogurt (2 points)
1/2 C. Fiber One cereal (1 point)

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine cheese lasagna frozen dinner (6 points)
1 C. grapes (1 point)
1 medium apple (1 point)
1 C. mixed greens (0 points)
2 Tbsp. fat-free Italian dressing (0 points)

Dinner:
1 serving Baked Lays (2 points)
1 six inch roasted chicken breast Subway sandwich with LOTS of veggies (6 points)

I have classes on Thursday nights, so I usually eat dinner out. If I were making dinner tonight, I probably would have...

Dinner:
1 C. Creamy Chicken Alfredo (5 points)
green beans (0 points)
1 slice Texas toast (4 points)
1 C. Milk (2 points)

Snack:
1 serving Baked Lays (2 points)
1 C. fresh veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, & celery - 0 points)

Breakfast - cereal with milk

Lunch - veggie soup
about 1 1/2 oz cheese
about 4 or 6 crackers
diet Jello

Snack Pretzel sticks (about 1/2 serving)
1 Viactiv
1slice mint flavored gum drop

Dinner Pork chop
1/2 cup red potato
1 cup salad w/Greek lite dressing

Snack (probably)
1/2 cup Vanilla Lite Ice Cream

I note I'm light on my veggies/fruit today. Happens sometimes. Some days it's almost all veggies, fruits. May add applesauce to dinner if it looks too lean but I'm not particularly hungry today and I like to take advantage of that.
