Here was my breakfast and lunch today. I was so excited about it I decided to take pictures and share it with all of you.

Breakfast

WW bagel: 2pts, 150 cal.
Laughing cow cheese in French onion: 1pt, 35 cals.
Plum tomato: 0 pts., 15 cals

Total Points: 3
Total Calories: 200
Taste: PRICELESS!!!


Lunch:

Jennie O's Turkey Burger: 3pts., 160 cals
whole wheat bun: 1 pt., 80 calories
Red. fat colby jack cheese: 1pt, 50 cals
Condiments (lettuce, tom., squirt of relish): 0 pts, 25 cals.
Dijonaise: 0 pts., 5 cals.
Popcorn: 2pts, 100 cals.

Total Points: 7
Total Calories: 420
Taste: McDonald's has nothing compared to this burger!!!!

You also might want to check out Alternative Bagels - http://www.westernbagel.com/products/grocery.php - My favorite is Sweet Wheat - 110 calories, 8g Fiber 8g, 0.5g Fat, 0g sugar

I get them at Publix. They taste great!
