OK. I'll give it a try. Week 1 down, 8.4 lbs gone. I definitely like the food better than MF.

I wanted to mention a good book for exercise to look into is "Body for Life". I really like it for busy folks without all kinds of time.

Is the Wonderslim diet like the Medifast, or are they the same. The diet I am useing uses the protein suppliments that I can get from a website as well as the center, and they are the wonderslim brand, kinda.

May I Join?
I just receive my order today and am thrilled to pieces. I too was on Medifast last year. I could no longer afford it and got terribly bored on it also. I lost it and got disgusted with myself and now I have no choice to find a better and healthier lifestyle, this is my commitment to me. I like the people at Wonderslim and they are beyond helpful. Lets do this together. I will be starting officially on Friday. I had dental surgery today and have to be very careful what I eat if anything right now.
I will have a tickler and will be ready by Friday. Thanks for starting this

I am loving WS. I've used Medifast off and on for awhile, but I had a really hard time sticking with it. Plus, I really didn't like half of the things. So far, my first week on WS I'm down 6.5lbs.
I can't get over how much better the food tastes. Did anyone try the cheesecake yet? Amazing. Not the real thing, of course, but it tastes wonderful to me. I have also found the lesson plans included in the order very helpful.
Good luck, everyone

Starting Tomorrow
Thanks for the welcome. I hope all is OK with everyone. I had major oral surgery on Tuesday and the Wonderslim Shakes sound like the way to go to get started. Lots of pain, but ready to finally get my life started. I had all my questions answered. The WonderSlim folks are so great. I feel weird calling them all the time. Lets do this friends for us.

Where is everyone?
How is everyone doing? I started yesterday and so far so good. One day at a time. The food is good and I am never hungry. I can't exercise until my oral surgery heals. Other then that all is very good. How are you all doing?

What type of meal plans is everyone using under Wonderslim? Wonderslim sent me an email stating you should have 5 meal replacements, one protein supplement, 1 bar and one lean and green. I thought you could use any of the 5 products Wonderslim sold for the 5 meals?? Is there a difference between meal replacements and protein supplements?
Thanks!
Wendy

Wendy - the WS plan is as you stated. The meal replacements are the drinks or you can use one of the "meals" they sell such as the soups, cheesesteak, oatmeal etc. The protein supplement is the meat you have with your lean and green such as 8 oz of chicken or 6 oz of beef. The bar again is the ones they sell in a variety of flavors. I buy the South Beach Living 100 calorie snack bars myself. They are cheaper, readily available and I like them. Most of the WS ones are chocolate based and that is not my "thing".
If you need more clarification - just ask!
