I am useing the Metabolic Reseach Center's programs right now and it is working for me. But I found thro multiple web searches a web site that carry's the same products and a bunch more that MRC offers. They are all around the same price, and they have exactly the same protein and calories. I order thro this site as well as buy thro my center. I have spent a lot of time looking thro each item and comparing the facts, they are the same. I have even tryed the brownies and cookies just because I am having a hard time giving up everything.
