Default A little shakey

Okay...I'm on WW...I still have plenty of flex points (13.5) to last me until Thursday (my weigh in day). I've eaten most of my flex points in the past two days, though. (A big dinner yesterday and thin crust pizza for dinner tonight.) For some reason, it's starting to freak me out a bit. I have that feeling I always got before I'd fall into a binge, but I know I'm not in any danger of *really* falling into a binge because, well, I'm aware of it. Still...

I guess what I'm asking is for someone to talk me down.

Do you feel deprived? I mean is that why you feel a binge coming on? How many points are you allowed total flex and all? Do you know how many cals that equals out to?

Just curious. Cuz sometimes I calorie cycle and when I have a low (1200 cal) day I try and eat extra healthy low cal stuff instead of a few big meals, this way I"m full all day without feeling like a binge will come on cuz I feel so deprived. Maybe, write down on a post it and stick it to yer comp, what youa te the last two days and some motivation to eat a little better the next few days? You can do it, you don't have to binge, remember, moderation is mastery!

It's okay. Calm down. Stay on plan these next few days. Remember, it's okay to use your flex points sometimes. Most people eat all of them in a week. Some people recommend it. Try to make sure you journal everything and stay with the program! YOU CAN DO IT.

Don't worry---there is nothing wrong with using your flex points. I use mine so that I don't feel deprived--sometimes I save them up for a treat once a week & sometimes I use them through the week if I am feeling really hungry that week. If eating your flex points wasn't consistent with weight loss, they wouldn't have them available on plan. If you are still worried about using them, increase your activity points. You don't have to go out to the gym even, you can get activity points by doing things around the house--laundry, cleaning. Just keeping tracking your points & it will all work out.
