so, i am getting close to being under 190. i am currently ay 193.4 i can't wait. i can't remember the last time i was under 190. it may seem trivial to some but it is a big thing to me. i've lost 8 pounds in 1 month and 3 days. it feels good to be losing weight. i'm glad i didn't give up on myself. it feels good to be doing something rather than nothing. well, just wanted to share that. continue to fight the good fight, ladies!
