pms and chocolate still are a downfall of mine but as Thighs said, it's much more in moderation...I just can't eat as much chocolate as I used to, as well as the kind of chocolate I can eat has changed. I do find myself at the fridge looking at it for no particular reason though...LOL Strange that I still do that without thinking! LOL

I only have 1 or 2 day periods these days so my PMS is actually only a day or so and I guess i dont know of any particular craving but yeah chocolate sonds good that time of month.
I crave really fattening foods. I don't neccessarily eat more it is my lack of motivation to make healthy choices that get me. I crave ice cream, desserts, other carbs and soda. As you know they are both a no no. I have learned that if I have a particular craving to take a little bite of it and get it to get past the craving.
