Default 80 lbs down / 4th mini-goal reached!! Take a peek! ;D
Helloooo ladies! I am very pleased to announced that yesterday (1/15/09) I finally reached my 4th mini-goal of 183 lbs! Yay! So, following tradition, I decided to post some more progress pics... Though, unfortunately, I must confess that I don't see much of a difference between these pictures and my last progress pics (booo!). BUT, I suppose that was to be expected, since there's only a 16-lb difference between the two. Still, I guess it never hurts to post some pictures so y'all can see how I'm doing. And perhaps you'll see something that I don't, heh. So, with no further ado...

The lovely before pictures:

Aaaaaand the newest "old me"!

(Pssst... I ALSO posted some more recent pictures in this thread, which turned out a little better than these ones!)

Sadly, the blue-and-white striped shirt had to be retired... It really just looked frumpy on me!! Lol. OH, and one lesson I definitely learned from these pictures: my arms look infinitely less massive when encased in a long-sleeved shirt! LOL! Though they are still so very huge... Blech. And the side view of my legs really isn't very accurate, since those pants have gotten fairly loose on me, AND I was wearing a pair of long-johns underneath them that make me look a big bulkier (gotta love this lovely Chicago weather--last night was -25 degrees!!). Still though, despite the fact that there isn't much of a difference from my last installment of progress pics, I definitely feel smaller and am starting, ever-so-gradually, to feel like a "normal" person. It's kind of crazy.

Last but not least... My FAVORITE part... Self-portraits!!
OMG! Wait... Did you just say that I've lost 80 lbs?! No way!

I'm obviously working some ridiculous/magical camera angles that make me look way thinner than I actually am, LOL, but I pretty much flipped out when I saw how this picture turned out!

Wow...stunning. Yes that one angled shot makes you look like you don't have anything left to lose. I am so impressed. You've really stuck this out, and are so close to your goal, it's gotta feel fantastic.

You are adorable and it looks like your body is starting to catch up to your personality!

It's OK to retire clothes, even if you once loved them...remember it just means more cute new clothes to buy.
