Hi everybody,
It's been a while since I've been here. I've been lurking and thought I should start posting again.
I've notice a lot of new faces and that's great. I'm a SAHM with two little ones (3yo and 22mo). We would like to try for a third, but I need to lose some weight first. I'm heavier now than when I got pg with the first two. This last year I wasn't focused on weight loss. I have learned important things about myself though. For ex, I learned that I'm not a stress eater. I've often used that as an excuse in the past. But when I'm truly stressed, I noticed that I actually lose my appetite and stop eating (which isn't good either). So now I'm putting that excuse aside, along with many others, and getting focused. I've done the post-holiday purge and rid my house of junk food. I've been menu-planning. I do need get moving and get more exercise in though.
I'm looking forward to posting more and getting to know all of you.
