He's very cute! Did you post earlier pics? I missed them if so. Do you raise cockatiels? Our neighbor does and they have babies a couple times a year that she sells to a local pet store that she trusts. Keep us posted as he grows!

They're hardish. LOL. They encase the new feathers that are growing in. If you look closely at some of the tips, you can see the actual feathers poking through
