Default Help...Italian restaurant on phase1

So I have a brunch to attend today around 3:00 at an Italian restaurant. Boo. I'm still on phase 1 and I'm not sure what to eat and stay on plan. I've never been there before so I'm not sure what they offer other than pasta, pizza, and other things battered and fried..ha. I'm going to stick to a large salad and maybe something chicken, unbreaded. Anyone offer any advice. This came about unexpected and I felt rude declining so there's not a lot of time for planning ahead. Help!

I was supposed to meet my friend for lunch at an Italian restaurant Friday. Lunch got cancelled, but I had already decided on a great salad without croutons or broiled/grilled fish and veggies. You can do it!

Salad, obviously. Take your own dressing. Some Italian restaurants offer steak which would be OK. Otherwise chicken either grilled or in a tomato based sauce. Minestrone soup & pick around the pasta.
