Default Creamy Mocha Frappucino

Hi everyone,
It was so hot today, and the heat made me crave one of my favorite summer time treats- Mocha Frappucino! This really hit the spot! Only uses one dairy serving & 50 'sweet treat' cals. (only 20 cal. if you omit the cool whip!)
Tip: it helps to have a good blender.

Crushed ice (use a tall plastic cup which will hold 2 1/2 c fluid & fill 2/3 with ice)
1+ tsp instant coffee
1 Tbsp baking cocoa powder
2+ Tbsp Splenda
1 cup 1% or fat free milk
(also can substitute 1/3 cup powdered non-fat milk w/ 1 cup of water)
4 tbsp Cool Whip Free (SBD friendly ph's 1,2,3) (optional)

Place all ingredients except cool whip in blender, crush until smooth consistency. Add 2 Tbsp Cool whip to blender, blend until combined. Pour drink into your tall plastic cup, top with remaining Cool Whip, stick in a straw and enjoy!!!

This recipe makes one serving. 150 cal (with milk) & 1.5 g fat, 15 g sugar OR if using dry powdered milk 130 cal, 14 g sugar & .5 g fat
**subtract 30 cal and 2 g sugar if cool whip is omitted
**use more or less coffee, splenda & ice until you have your desired consistency.

A splash of SF DaVinchi Gourmet vanilla syrup makes this a bit sweeter. I found mine at the local grocer by the coffee- you can also order online.

I'd love to try this except we are total coffee snobs and only drink Starbucks and don't have instant. I'm thinking I could just substitute the 1 tsp instant with already brewed (cooled)..probably have to use a tbsp instead.
Thanks for this awesome recipe! We drove by a Starbucks over the weekend and REALLY wanted to stop.
