Hi Everyone,
I am 49 and have lost 44 pounds starting in August-by calorie counting and boot camping. Able to get into a size 31 or 32 Guess jeans
even though I am still 187 or 186 depends on the time of day.
I would like to lose another 35 pounds by June-in time for son #2's high school graduation.
We can do this and frankly I am in better shape than I have been in my entire life. Never before have I been able to do regular mens push-ups! Or run fast!
Or have arms with defined muscles!
It can be done and I wish you all well for the New Year!
I have been reading this site every night when I am a bit hungry and I want to snack or give up. So thank you all for being there.
