I started the year off right--I kicked my own butt!
01 - 10 min rowing machine, 10 min treadmill (at some crazy setting I hadn't tried before), 10 min stationary bike; 25 min resistance/abs, 25 min stretching/yoga.
02 - 20 min on the rowing machine and 20 min on the treadmill, both HIIT (and the treadmill program went to 10% incline
); and 20 min stretching/yoga
03 - 15x200m intervals on the rowing machine; 10 min on the treadmill, 5 mph at 2% incline; then 30 min or so of resistance, 10 min of stretching
04 - Walk to the grocery store, about 15 min
05 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min
06 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min
07 - 30 min on the treadmill (2x10 min running intervals) and 45-min stability ball class
08 - 3x10-min running, with 10x1 min HIIT inervals, plus min walking; 45-min yoga class
09 - 45-min yoga class
10 - 30 min/6000 m on the rowing machine
11 - Walk to groceries, 30 min; bike to work, 25 min; 60-min stability ball class
12 - 6K on the treadmill, 5 min stretching
13 - 30 min on the treadmill, on a random setting (much more incline than I'm used to)
14 - 14 min on the bike (in the mode when you can set your target heart rate and keep it there--I like!; and 45-min stability ball class that kicked my butt...bless the instructor's cruel, cruel heart...
15 - 6K on the treadmill; 60-min yoga class
16 - 45-min yoga class
17 - 40 min or so on the treadmill, including 10 min HIIT, and 10 min screwing around trying to figure out the right setting (stupid old treadmill); 30 min strength/core
18 - 20 min on the treadmill; 60-min stability ball class
19 - 6000m on the rowing machine
20 - 30 min on the treadmill, 13 x 1 min HIIT
21 - 45-min stability ball class; 4000 metres/20 min on the rowing machine
22 - 45-min hi-low class; 60-min yoga class
23 - 45-min yoga class; 20 min on the treadmill
24 - 15 min yoga, trying a new pose. Which doesn't really count as exercise, but I'm putting it anyway
25 - 60-min hi-low class; 60-min stability ball class
26 - 45-min sculpt class; 30 min on the stationary bike
27 - 20 min on the treadmill; 60-min ashtanga class (I specify ashtanga instead of regular yoga because I am tired and sore now and am trying to feel like less of a wimp)
28 - 20-min HIIT on the treadmill; 45-min stability ball class
29 - 45-min hi-low class; 60-min yoga class (and I was the only one in class, so I had the instructor all to myself--yay!)
30 - 45-min yoga class
