Default New found anxiety?

Last night I went through some pretty strong feelings, and the only thing I can come up with was anxiety. There's more info about it in my latest blog post. What I'm wondering though.... Did anybody start getting anxiety when they first started to lose weight, or at any point in time?

.........wtf. Why didn't I think of that? And not to mention my past experiences with partying with people I don't know.

I don't know why I couldn't come up with that conclusion myself.

I Lost weight one other time down to 180 (using metabolife 360~SILLY IDEA~weight came right back Because I was too broke to buy it ~thank GOD I found calorie counting)
Anyways I started having anxiety then at age 26 (I am now 33)
I have it Daily ~I Now have been diagnosed with agoraphobia~an anxiety disorder. It is known to run in my family. Alot of times anxiety clings on in your twenty's(not sure your age) so if it persist Go to your doctor. I hope it doesn't for your sake. I take meds but daily anxiety attacks is horrible regardless.

I had one real anxiety attack once(self diagnosed so not really sure if that's what it was) I was sitting in the car with my sisters best friend, while my sister went into some house to pick up a hat she had left at a party (she didnt know the people). It was 2 in the morning. The steet lamp above us started flickering, and my sisters best friend was singing and the radio was on, all of a sudden her voice and the music got all weird, I couldn't understand what she was singing anymore, and I got this over whelming feeling of fear. I started to cry and told mandee to turn off the radio and started saying where is my sister, and i was shaking.
Does that sound like anxiety to you?
Other than that, never had it again. This wasn't like that of course. I was just over whelmed with feelings of worry this time, but it wasn't anything alarming.

Hmm, I don't know. I've never passed out before so I can't compare. I didn't feel drowsy or anything. Ah well, guess it's a mystery!
