I have a friend of mine (Sierra) who has lost 175 lbs. She was featured in the December 29th issue of Woman's World Magazine. When she was starting out on her journey, she wrote the following in her journal. I was very inspired by it, and wanted to share it.

Dear God:

I need your help. It is time for me to lose weight. Please guide me to the right weight loss plan, methods and products for me. I am divinely guided in this situation, and I know all I need to know now about what to do to lose weight quickly and safely. I cannot do this by myself but God can, and is creating miracles here and now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Miracles are being created as we speak!!

Very nice words.

I must tell you, I've thanked G-d many times while on my journey (still do of course) for giving me the strength to do this.

I do believe that! I believe my life (ALL our lives) are divinely guided, whether we acknowledge it or not.

All I know for sure is....I am not alone on my journey!!
