Hello everyone Welcome to our new holiday challenge. Since it was so fun having our Halloween Challenge we decided to start a Christmas challenge as well If you were not in our last challenge, EVERYONE is welcome! This is a very supportive, upbeat group! And if you were in the last challenge WELCOME back!
So if you want to challenge yourself to be healthier and try to lose some of those pesky pounds... lets do this!

Our new weigh in day will be every Thursday. So post your starting weight, mini goal and final goal.

I kept checking to see when you would start this thread. I'm really excited to be in it from the beginning this time! I hope to get to know everyone.
Everything is going well. I'm experimenting with quarn, soy meats, and tofu and having a lot of fun. I've noticed that I have a lot more energy now and my skin for some reason has improved (from the fruit and veggies?).
I'm trying to learn to be happy with my body right now as it is. Although sometimes I look at myself in the mirror and am not happy with what I see, mostly I like my body. I don't think I need to loose much more weight so I'm experimenting to see where I'm happiest.

I might not want to go down to 107. I'm pretty short 5'2''. I think I might just work on building some more muscle to gain the figure I want.
Hello again Tigger I'm glad you joined! I'm still trying to empirement with different recipes There is so many new things.. my favorite site to get recipes is www.vegweb.com they have lots of vegan friendly recipes and most have pictures, which I love! We are all about new foods, and loving ourselves more so this is the perfect place for you. I usually try to post a happy goal every week, because its definitely not just about losing the weight, but loving ourselves inside and out.
Have you seen the tv show How to Look Good Naked? That's really great with helping women have a new positive outlook, I really like it. Your goals sound perfect! I know you can do it!
Hey all! My current weight is.....271.2 *gasp* mini goal for thanksgiving aka my first 5k race day is 265, christmas goal is 255! also im going to add a mileage goal of 100 miles between today and christmas.
it came out good! ill post a pic when i get home, i got some compliments on my dress which i made so it would be totally different than other "Hannah's" were wearing lol i can't figure out how to put my veg challenge tickers next to each other instead of on top of each other is that possible? lol
Hey girlies! I'm working on getting a little bit of time back into my day. I have only a few more days on this job that's draining me then back to my "normal" life. I'll weigh-in on Thursday - I'm so bloaty right now my skinny pants are tight I know it's temporary but not a happy feeling!
Hey girlies! I am definitely in! New slate after this weekend sounds good! I was too scared to weigh in today after I cheated so bad yesterday so I will go with my October ending weight of 197.4 so I will go with

Hey chicks! I'm really excited about our new challenge. The last one got me so motivated. You girls are great support!
Also, today marks my 3rd week as a vegetarian. It's been amazing, I've honestly never felt better.
Nov. 3 (start)- 146.4. I gained a wee bit.
Nov. 27 (Thanksgiving)- 140.
Dec. 24 (X-mas Eve)- 135ish. I've never been that low before, so I may not 'look' right. I'm almost 5'9 with a big frame. I guess we'll see!
