Default Old Program question...

Since I have all the info on the former plans and want to kick it into gear again. However, I have a question in regards to a starch.

In the old gold plan, one of the limited starches was a plain Lenders Bagel (half). Would have a half of an English muffin be an acceptable substitute?

Best of luck!!

I would check the calories - I think I read somewhere on here that about 100 calories is a starch. Also, there are light english muffins that are about 100 calories and therefore can be used as one starch.
