I had my dad call my son when he was over Nepal and ask my son if he'd been good all year and helping with chores. Then he said, "I'm on my way! I'm in Nepal right now! Be a good boy and get to bed early!" So, my son checked Norad and was so stoked to see Santa really was in Nepal! Cool.
