Hi. I have been following LA Weightloss since Feb. I have lost 20 pounds and have 7 more to go to reach my goal! I was following the program on my own the last few months, however, the center near me has closed and I am wondering if anyone has a recipe that comes close to the LA Lite bars - especially the double chocolate - they are my sweet treat for the day and I am starting to turn to other, not so good treats to replace them. Thanks for your help!

I went through several brands of replacements for my bars. Luna, Cliff, Zone, etc...

I finally settled on South Beach cereal bars.. They taste awesome, don't pile on the calories and have more protein than the Lites..

I haven't been ambitious enough to try and make my own yet...
