Hello everyone, I am back again. I was doing really well the first few weeks and lost around 15 pounds. However, the last 6 months I've literally ate my face off and gained everything back and add 2 more. I started back on adkins on November 10, 2008. My starting weight was 194 pounds and by November 26, 2008 I was down to 179. I messed up over the holiday and went back up to 185. This last Monday I started up again and I am down to 183.5. I need to stick with it this time.... Should I start with the induction phase again?
Yesterday purchased the adkins bars for snacks.... What are net carbs? I'm confused on the nutrition facts it reads there are 18g of carbs and 2g of net carbs. What does this mean? Thanks
