Default My first Mini goal!

I first wanted to take the time to thank everyone that has been so patient with me. I am new to this and I really want to learn and understand how to be healthier.

So here goes...my first mini goal.

I want to be under 200 pounds by New Years!

Wish me luck!!!

This is great Amber, just the right goal. Not too big, its doable, and enough to make it thru. You are on the right track for sure.
Make sure you have a plan to get thru the holiday party time etc. so that you can get this going for yourself.

Thank you all. So I completely failed. I went crazy before and after the holidays. I started feeling really bad about myself, but I am back on track. I am down 3 pounds and feeling good about that. I am going to start a new mini goal!

Amber, you totally fail when you give up and take no responsibility. The holidays are hard for everyone. Onederland by the end of January is a bit smaller a goal, and doable if you are able to stay on plan. How is it you are down 3 pounds? Just since New Year? or did you manage not to gain thru the holidays? That in itself it a pretty amazing feat.
good luck with a new plan.
