Talking Induction time

Day 2...so far so good.
Wondering when the diet coke withdrawal will begin. I am guessing tonight or tomorrow. I am a diet coke addict! Seriously.

Haven't gone over my 20gms of carbs. Which is a good thing. Have found that I am extra hungry today though. No nuts on induction...taking along some grilled chicken and cheese in the car in case I get snackish.

Any recommendations on induction snacks? By snacks, I mean to take along while I am running errands, doing the mom taxi thing etc.

You might want to make up a batch of "crispy cheese crackers" http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/cheezits.html
Or...
a batch of "cinnamon crispy pork rinds"
http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/cinnamo...porkrinds.html
Or...
fruitless fruit leather
http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/fruitle...t_leather.html

All are Induction friendly

They do make a liquid SweetNLow... I prefer that over splenda.

Week one under my belt and I have lost 6 pounds and 3.5 inches! Plus it's *that* time...so not bad in my book I am thinking!
