hi everyone!

so i've actually been thinking about this a lot but i thought i'd get others' opinions.

so i have this tea thing that makes you poop alot. its' kind of like a detox. so i usually drink it after a big meal (or when i feel bloated) at night and in the morning, it'll all come out! which makes me feel great sometimes because i'll feel alot lighter and not so bloated.
but my question is: how would i calculate this into my points? can i shave any points off because of the tea?

its kind of confusing but let me know if you need any clarifications.

The tea probably doesn't have any calories, so it wouldn't have points. You also won't reduce the points your body consumes by having it move out faster, so all the points you ate will still count.


But detox teas don't really "detox", it's just a myth to sell bogus products. Like you experienced, they are just laxatives and diuretics. Many detox teas are very dangerous and should be avoided.

i usually just drink it every once in a while when i'm feeling super crappy or if i'm bloated. i try not to drink it all the time but it does help me clear out my system. i feel a lot better NOT constipated. =)
