So I found these "cookies" at Whole Foods - they came in a package of 4 individual pouches, at 130 cals a pouch. They're supposed to be good for you (or at least not BAD for you) and I found them to be SO tasty-sweet but not too sweet, taste a bit buttery (they do contain some butter) and healthy canola oil and lots of fiber and even flax. YUM! (and they're sort of crunchy, so you can make them last longer)
Also, I LOVE the built in portion control.
