Exercise during TOM
Just curious -- do many of you women exercise - cardio or weights during TOM? I usually do not during the first few days but this time I went to yoga glass and am feeling more sore/tired than I usually do.

I wouldn't consider not exercising as it can help relieve symptoms. I swim, run or do whatever, it can't stop me.

I do work out but often it is harder to "get going." The after effects are well worth it

Working out during TOM hasn't been a problem with me (so far).

I always do - seems to make things move along quicker & relieve cramps during the onset. My cycles have been shorter when I'm exercising regularly & I attribute that to more physical activity.

I work out during my TOM.
It feels harder to get through my work-outs than during the rest of the month, as if I've dropped down several levels of fitness, but I soldier on anyway. It helps minimize my cramps and mood swings.
If I skipped working out for that week, it would just make it too easy to stop altogether.

Ditto -- I maintain my usual workout schedule, regardless of TOM.
