Exclamation Calorie Counter Webpage Thingy

There is a website which is complete genius, and I've been trying madly to find out what it's called.

Basically you type in your weight, the amount of calories you consume, and the exercise you do, and it estimates how much weight you should lose per week, with a date beside the weight you want to be.

Sounds a bit stupid, but I used to find it so so motivational.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It was like a random website that didn't have much to do with weight loss in the name, but I think it was called Lazy something or something like that?

Any help would be very, very much appreciated.

Thanks, these are pretty helpful.

But no, I seriously think the website was called LazyCity or LazyTown or something. It was this guy's website but for some reason it had a weight-loss calculator.

I loved it because you could look at Christmas or your birthday or whatever and it would estimate, if you ate such an amount, what weight you could be by then. I wish I'd bookmarked it! Gaah!

Aphril (I think) posted something like that a little while ago in the WW forum. I'll try to find it for you, but I'm not sure if it's what your looking for.

And, I'm off...

Couldn't find it. But here's one if you know what your daily calorie deficit is:
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/wei...calculator.htm

One called Fatty Weight Loss... does that sound familiar?
http://www.fattyweightloss.com/calculators/

Sorry, couldn't find anything "lazy" related.

If you calculate your average loss you can estimate when you will reach goal. I kinda hate that stuff though... because if I hit a plateau or a stall then I'm "behind" even though I've lost a lot of weight. It kinda deminishes the accomplishment.

Hope this helps...

Silly question, I'm sure. But I'm looking at the fatty weight loss link, and computing how long it will take to get to goal weight based on what I weigh now and calories. What is the Daily calorie differential exactly. Is it how many calories you are comsuming a day or how many calories you are taking out of what you are use to eating. I'm confused cause the higher number you put in the less amount of time comes up to make it to your goal weight.

You calorie differential is the difference between the calories you consume and the calories you expend. As you move the number higher, your telling it that your expending those many calories. It's all about calories in vs out, if you have a lot going out then the amount of time that it takes to get to your goal weight will be less.

Now, the part about figuring out your calorie deficit confuses me at times. I know my BMR is 1600. I know if I work out and burn 300 calories that I can count on at least a 1900 calorie deficit. So here's where I get confused, if I eat 1500 calories and expend -1900 it's -300. But I see some people on here shooting for a -1000 calorie deficit a day and I dont know how they know when they have that -1000 or how they get that number.

So... I hope I answered your question, but didn't confuse you too much.

I saw on another website that they explained calorie deficiet differently. They said that it was the calories you needed for weight maitenance versus the calories you actually eat on your plan. So, for me, maitenance is 2568 for my body weight and type, but I actually eat 1700. So, my deficet is around 850.
I dont know which way is correct since I have seen different websites explaining it different ways.

Yeah. That's true too. They aren't contradicting each other.
Maybe someone will pop on and explain it further, I'm not really god at explaining things
