Default who wants to start a biggest loser workout thread

Hello ANyone out there want to join me on my quest to get through the biggest loser workout dvds===currently i'm on the first one and stuck at week 2 --- i kinda need that nudge to push on--- i've neglected it for three days now-- and would really stick to it better if i had some people out there doing it with me====so who's up for starting up a new challenge????----lets see we could aim to start next monday --- thats almost a week away---

Default Biggest loser DVD workout!

Hey there!

I have the Biggest Loser workout DVD's too. Well some of them. I tried them when I first got them...which was probably 2 months ago.

I really felt the burn and felt good about it!



I'm still new here and getting the hang of how to use threads, posts, replys, etc.

But sure...I would love to help you out!

Nice...I feel like starting tomorrow! LOL...but feeling and doing dont always match up!

BUT...i think I will give it a try!

I'll let you know how it works out!

so it looks like its just you and me--- so jjinca did you do your workout yet?and what did you think of day 1?

for me day 1 was kind of easy compared to doing the 30 day shred but then when i'm tired it seems harder

--- yesterday i doubled up and did the low intensity cardio with the power sculpt=== and 45 min wii fit

today i plan on doing the low intensity cardio and power sculpt again---

I just got Biggest loser workout cardio max. IT'S INTENSE ! I'll post in the thread ahaha Im still sore from yesterday so I don't think im going to do it again today. Most likely will again tomorrow though

I will be ordering some tonight or tomorrow and getting the newest ones on pre order. Any ideas which ones? This way I can start after Thanksgiving.

i'm on week 4 of the biggest loser workout the first one-- and i like it

but choose whichever one you like best and do it and tell us what you think of it

I own all the videos (just got the two new ones for Christmas) and usually add them into my weekly routine (I work out at the gym a lot now). Now that I'll be doing the Biggest Loser challenge here on the boards, I'm going to definitely add a BL workout at least 3 days a week.
