Default Worchester Sauce

What can I substitute for it? I'm going to be making something for some vegetarians and Worchester is a no no.

Thanks.

Annie's make a vegetarian Worcester sauce. Not to mention, some brands are vegetarian anyway, as long as they don't contain anchovies (I think.)

Maybe a bit of soy sauce, a bit of lemon juice, and lots of pepper would work? Worcester sauce tastes very peppery to me.

Thanks! I didn't know there was a veggie version of it. I'll have to look for it. Perhaps it will have less sodium without the anchovies.
