What are your favorite exercises?
What exercises are the most fun for you?
Sometimes I like to do core work on the balance ball, my favorite exercise has to be barbell squats.

I love cycling, bench press, rowing (strength + cardio), assisted chin ups...and others I'm sure - can't think of many right now. I also have a love/hate relationship with running.

I also do like stretching - especially on a foam roller. Like lying on it so that it's in line with my spine, with my shoulders hanging off it...if that makes sense. Great stretch for pec minor.
OOoooh and lower back stretching. MAN that feels good.

Walking and hiking. But I count those as just being fun activities, and not as exercise so they don't really count for me.
Other than that, I like doing floor aerobics that has some dance-like moves (nothing with complex choreography, though -- I'm not very coordinated), and I also like step-aerobics.

I am really starting to enjoy yoga.
And I don't know if it's the sense of accomplishment, but I think (???) that I am starting to enjoy running!
